Swap ‘til You Drop

What a fantastic day of swapping! Dozens of people came and swapped items, and many enquired whether we would be holding any more swap events.

The aim of the event was to get people thinking about reusing items:

· Saves money

· Reduces landfill

· Reduces energy and resources required to create new products and transport them to the consumer

The Festival of Possibilities was a great success with many people coming to learn a new skill, or rediscover an old one.

Thanks to all the workshop deliverers and stall holders for making the day happen! And to Niki Preston for taking wonderful photos, to everyone else who helped out on the day.
